The Hotel National de Cuba has more than a half century of history and still keeps its prestige among those belonging to Gran Caribe Group.  Considered as a "Classic for Distinction", it was opened on December 30, 1930.  In 1992, it had a general restoration, preserving all the splendor of its architecture as a result of a mixture of eclecticism and Art Deco with modern influences.  With its privileged location that offers a great view of the Havana Harbor, the sea wall and the city, this hotel outstands its refined elegance together with its ancient splendor that since 1930 has brought a large number of famous persons in the world of art, science and politics.  

Among its many features are its fine dining restaurant "Comedor de Aguiar", the "Hall of Fame" commemorating the many famous guests who stayed here, and the "Parisien Cabaret" with its colorful shows and Cuban music.
